You can set Windows 7 to automatically login into desktop by following this instruction.

1. Go to Start button
2. Type in netplwiz and press the Enter key
3. Untick “User must enter a user name and password to use this computer”
4. Click on the Apply button
5. Enter in the name and password of the account you want to have automatically logon in the new dialog box.
6. Click on the OK button

After you change these settings, Windows 7 will always auto login for you.
